Return Policy

We hope you are delighted with the purchase from Samaria Cutlery. However, if you would like to return any Product from your purchase, we are happy to assist you with the refund or replacement / exchange process.
1. Return and Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product to us within Seven (7) days of receipt. The Product shall be un-used and in original brand packaging (if applicable). Return the Product together with printed Order Confirmation.
All return items must be received by Samaria in order for a customer to be eligible for a refund or replacement / exchange. You shall ensure that the Product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept the return and send the Product back to you.
We will usually receive your return Product within Seven (7) to Fourteen (14) days after the drop-off at the post office counters. We will advise you on the status of refund via email at the soonest time thereafter. A full refund shall be issued to you shortly after we receive the item according to the stated criteria. Refund will be made to the payment details that you provided to us when you made your Order.
2. Faulty Product
All Product descriptions, information and materials posted on this Site are provided ‘as is’ and without warranties express, implied or otherwise howsoever arising.
Product image as seen on the Site may slightly differ from the actual Product that you receive.
If the item you receive is faulty, please contact Samaria and provide your Order number, details of the Product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or replacement / exchange.
Upon receipt of the Product, we will examine it and we will advise you on the status of the exchange or refund (if any) via email as soon as possible.
In the event the Product returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the Product and / or we may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs and charge this to your credit or debit card, or the payment details that you provided to us when you made your Order, and, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
3. Gift Return
If you have received a Product from Samaria as a gift and you are not satisfy with the Product, you may return it and exchange it for another Product of the same value. We are not able to return any cash amounts to you as only the credit card used to purchase the Product can be credited.
Please note that the right to exchange any gifts may be exercised in addition to the policy stated above. The procedure of returning and exchanging the gifts is similar to that stated in Return and Refund Policy.
