This privacy policy is formulated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“Act”) and General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) (“Regulation”), which describes how your information is collected and used and your choices with respect to your Personal Data. 1. How We Collect Your Data

Right to access
This allows you to confirm whether Samaria is currently processing any Personal Data pertaining to you. When complying to such request, Samaria will provide you with a copy of your Personal Data.
Right to rectification
You may make a request, whether verbally or in writing, to rectify any inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data. Upon request, Samaria will rectify/ complete Personal Data within one (1) month of receipt of such request.
Right to erasure
You may request for your Personal Data to be erased. You may make such request if the Personal Data retained by Samaria is no longer necessary for the purpose it was originally collected.
Right to restrict processing
The Regulation provides you with the right to restrict the manner in which Samaria processes your Personal Data. The effect of such restriction is Samaria will suspend the processing of your Personal Data for a period of time. Circumstances which may give rise to this right includes instances where your Personal Data is in dispute and time is required to verify any (in)accuracy. Samaria will notify you prior to the lifting of restriction.
Right to object
You may object to the processing of your Personal Data, including for purpose of direct marketing. In an event you exercise such right, Samaria will cease from processing your Personal Data.
